Order your usual size for the intended oversized look. The garment is cut roughly six inches wider than the body it is sized for — a size M is made for a 40 inch chest and finishes at 46 inches around. If you want it closer to the body, take one size down. The full chart of garment measurements is on the size guide.

S, M, L, XL and XXL, in unisex sizing. Every colourway in the collection is made in all five, so nothing is limited to a narrower run.

Do not measure yourself — measure a t-shirt you already wear and like. Lay it flat, smooth the creases, measure straight across from one underarm seam to the other and double that figure. Compare the result with the garment chest column on the size guide. Garment against garment is far more reliable than a tape around the body.

No. The line runs S to XXL. Because the cut is oversized, a size S already fits a smaller frame with a generous amount of room.

From 28.5 inches at size S to 30.5 inches at XXL, measured from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem. It is cut to sit just below the waistband rather than covering the hip.

The shoulder seam sits down the upper arm instead of on the shoulder bone. It is what gives an oversized t-shirt its square silhouette and relaxed sleeve, and it is why the shoulder measurement on the chart is wider than your actual shoulders.

Yes. There is one unisex block, cut oversized, in five sizes. Most people order their usual size; some prefer to size down for a less voluminous shape.

A knit with a smooth face and soft looped pile on the inside. It is heavier and more structured than a plain jersey but far lighter than fleece, which is what lets a t-shirt at this weight still be wearable in Indian weather.

It is a substantial t-shirt, but it is 100% cotton and breathable, and the oversized cut keeps the fabric off the skin rather than against it. It wears warmer than a thin basic and cooler than a sweatshirt.

Cotton moves a little on its first wash. Washing cold and drying flat or on a line, as the care guide sets out, keeps that to a minimum. Avoid hot water and a tumble dryer, which are what actually cause noticeable shrinkage.

Garment dyed pieces settle rather than fade abruptly — the colour is in the fibre, not sitting on top of it, so it softens gradually and evenly. Washing cold, inside out, and keeping it out of direct sun while drying holds the depth of colour for far longer.

Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing, keep the water cold, skip the fabric softener, and never put an iron directly on the print. Iron on the reverse if you need to. Most print damage comes from heat, not from wear.

Most pieces carry a small Ondrea mark on the left chest and a large graphic across the back. Long Way Up is the exception: its print runs across the chest and the back is left plain. Each product page shows both views.

240 GSM French terry in 100% cotton. For comparison, most high-street basics sit between 140 and 180 GSM — this is close to double, which is what gives the garment its structure and stops it thinning out with wear.

The piece is sewn first and dyed afterwards, rather than being cut from pre-dyed cloth. The colour settles into the fabric and softens with it over time instead of sitting on the surface.

Oversized by design, with a dropped shoulder and a boxy body. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. Sizes run S to XXL across the collection.

Yes. Every piece is cut as unisex sizing, S to XXL.

Wash cold and inside out with like colours, using a mild detergent and no fabric softener. Do not bleach. Dry flat or line dry to hold the shape. Warm iron if needed, never directly over a print.

Cash on delivery is available across India. Online payment options are shown at checkout — you will always see every available method listed there before you place the order.

Yes. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay. There are no taxes or handling charges added at the last step.

Delivery is free across India on every order, with no minimum spend.

Yes. For COD orders there is no original payment method to refund to, so if you return an item we will ask for a UPI ID or bank account to send the refund directly — or you can take it as Ondrea store credit.

Yes, free of charge, as long as it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for return under the standard policy. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

Payment is handled by a hosted payment gateway. Your card details are entered on the gateway and never touch Ondrea servers.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel is dispatched. You can also enter your order number and email address on the track order page at any time to see the current status.

Not at the moment. Ondrea currently delivers within India only. If you are elsewhere and want a piece, write to us and we will tell you when that changes.

If the order has not yet shipped, yes — contact us as quickly as you can with your order number and the corrected address. Once it is with the courier the address is fixed.

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact, and showing no signs of wear, odour or alteration.

Yes, subject to availability, requested within 3 days of delivery and meeting the same condition requirements as a return. If the size or colourway you want is out of stock we will refund instead. One exchange per order.

For most pin codes we arrange a reverse pickup from your address, and a flat fee of ₹150 is deducted from your refund to cover it. If your location is not serviceable you can self-ship and we will reimburse reasonable costs up to ₹150 once the return is approved. Return shipping is free when the fault is ours.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified we arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to show the credit.

Items marked Final Sale or bought from an archive or clearance line, items returned without original tags or packaging, and items showing visible signs of wear, washing or alteration.

Ondrea is an independent Indian label. It was not started because someone spotted a gap in the market — the story behind it is on the about page, and it is worth reading before you buy.

In drops rather than seasons, and only when a piece is genuinely ready. Drop 01 is the current collection. The newsletter is the first place a new drop is announced.

Sometimes, but never automatically. Some colourways return, others are left where they finished. If there is something specific you are waiting on, tell us and we will let you know if it comes back.
