Fit
Size Guide
Ondrea is cut oversized by design. The chart below is the finished garment measured flat, so compare it against a t-shirt you already own rather than against your body.
Garment measurements
Figures are in inches, with centimetres beneath each one. To fit chest is the body it is cut for; garment chest is the finished t-shirt measured all the way around. Ondrea is cut oversized, so the garment is deliberately wider than the body.
| Size | To fit chest | Garment chest | Length | Shoulder |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 3897 | 44112 | 28.572 | 20.552 |
| M | 40102 | 46117 | 2974 | 2153 |
| L | 42107 | 48122 | 29.575 | 21.555 |
| XL | 44112 | 50127 | 3076 | 2256 |
| XXL | 46117 | 52132 | 30.577 | 22.557 |
Allow up to half an inch either way. These are cut-and-sew garments, not machined parts.
How to measure
Lay a t-shirt you already wear flat on a hard surface, smooth out the creases, and compare it against the table above. Garment to garment is more reliable than measuring your body.
- Garment chest — measure straight across from one underarm seam to the other, then double it. A 46 inch garment chest measures 23 inches across the flat t-shirt.
- Length — from the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
- Shoulder — from one shoulder seam across the back to the other. On a dropped shoulder that seam sits down the arm rather than on the bone.
Choosing a size
The cut is boxy with a dropped shoulder and is designed to sit away from the body. Take your usual size for the fit as intended. Take one size down if you want it closer through the chest, and one up if you want the extra length as well as the volume.
